Transferring games from old gen to new gen

I currently have an Xbox one s (old gen). When it was set up, the first account made was a parent account through my brothers email.

If I were to purchase an Xbox Series S, would all my digital games still transfer assuming I logged in with my personal account?

I am primarily asking this because I won’t get the new console before the end of the month and want to take advantage of the game sales
