What the title says, from the devices page the series x console is registered, i try to create a service request for a device (the controller it came with), it asks for all the info, then says i need to register the controller. I agree and nothing happens, no request is created, and the controller is not registered.
Not to mention when trying to register a new device it explicitly says I don't have to register the controller separately. Anything I can try?
