error I had never encountered before up until the outage on July 2nd 2024, after which I am no longer able to play any xbox/microsoft games anymore due to this error.
I made a (now deleted) microsoft forum support post about this which detailed everything I've tried (almost everything possible) and got little to no help from the support guy, where I was basically told to try what I already had detailed.
games work after being reinstalled, this is fine (while annoying) for something like minecraft, just needing me to move my game files back in afterwards, but I sadly cannot spend two hours reinstalling sea of thieves every time I want to play it.
as far as I'm aware, this is an account authorisation error, but I am very likely wrong.
any help would be appreciated, tysm in advance 🫶

this issue comes in the form of being told to purchase minecraft (bedrock) when opening even though I already own it (yes, logged into the correct account and yes I have purchasd/own the game)

sea of thieves just refuses to launch and throws the error without any useful error text

also yes windows/drivers are fully up to date
