Hello, I'm trying to use a 1 MONTH XBOX GAME PASS gift code from Discord and the problem is that it gives me this message "Check the instructions that came with your code. You may need to use it on another web page or device, or you may not be authorized to use this code.", this is not normal the code is brand new and doesn't work please need help

1- I tried to use the code on my Windows 11 PC and on my iPhone 14 Pro phone, and nothing worked.

this error normally means you had game pass before and the code is for new customers only or game pass is not in your region

making a new account to get the offer is fraud. Has you had gamepass before you cant use a free code.
