Ok so my xbox i was moving modern warfare to internal was just fine til i got to the actual game it started saying check hard drive and i couldnt fix it now when i open up the game it turns to every pixel on the screen different colors nothing else every other game works just fine i need help badly

ive cleaned out all of the ports, restarted it, and turned it on and off it is a xbox one S the game just started up but the pixels j sit there for like 3 minutes idk why and i have not searched the file up
