I've been having this issue all day it says to scan the QR code and it will give me the membership, but every time I do it say the code was incorrect. Could it be an issue on your end or mine, do I need a new code. And yes I have already contacted Walmart support, they didn't help at all

There's a contact link at the bottom of the Rewards site. You have to fill out a form to contact Rewards support.
