Recently I re-downloaded Forza Horizon 5 on my Xbox One S after uninstalling it but now my xbox started to lag up when it had alot of storage space and now today when I went to turn on my xbox it would not connect to my TV and display (No signal strength), and whenever I try to turn it off it just won't with the normal power button. I had to physically unplug it to get it to turn off. And im not sure if its Forza Horizon 5. Judging by the fact that other games were lagging maybe it wasn't, and it was internet or something. But none of my family complained about any internet problems. So idk what to do and I need help. I also tried resolving the issue with help from google but none of the troubleshooting worked.

Update: Physically tried power cycling it 2 times. It eventually connected to the tv and its on the green xbox bootup screen.
