Hello, I bought 2 Xbox credit cards in an offline store (kiosk). These were paid for in cash, after which the code is printed directly onto the receipt by the checkout system.

Unfortunately, I get this message for both codes, both on the console and via the website. Of course, they were not redeemed.

The retailer can't explain this either, but now doesn't know what to do. Any ideas?

All of this i ask for a Mate of me.😭

its an normal newspaper shop right in front of my home. we goe there for years and everybody knows everybody. the owner is an older family and i buy there since years.

you pay and you get the code right on the bill.

so maybe he seller where the shop gets the code is the problem. dont know how this works. its like buying prepaid codes in a store for mobile

You mentioned the store is offline. But the store needs be online to activate or generated the code. The store needs to contact their POS support and get the system online.
