So i got a Series X the other day and for some reason when i unlock achievements the little banner never pops up at the bottom of the screen even tho i have notifications turned on for achievements, i never had this issue on my series s and it’s really starting to bug me i have scoured the internet looking for a fix and anything i have tired has not worked

Problem: Achievement Notifications aren't popping up even tho they are turned on
What have i done: everything it says online i have restarted my console, done the
Settings > network > advanced > alternative MAC address > clear and restart
I have tried everything and it's still not fixed
