@lethal jacinth Thanks for posting! Please remember, support here is volunteer-based and not official. Be patient after posting, and don’t spam or ask in other channels.
If your issue is about accounts, billing, contact Xbox Support directly.
If your issue is related to an Enforcement action, no one here can help.
To help us help you, make sure to answer:
- What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)

If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.
if you were game sharing and you reset your console then you will need to reset the home xbox again it.
so what happnes when you try to start the game
It says looks like you need to renew Xbox game pass
But I had Xbox game pass
And also some of the games I have don’t need Xbox game pass
I’m just scared that my games won’t be playable anymore
there is a bug at the moment with gamepass that some issues have reported where it does not see you have it when you do. . Make sure you report it https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/account-profile/manage-account/xbox-insider-hub-report-a-problem
How long will it take to fix it
So is there any other way that fix it
I already restarted my console but it didn’t do anything
No like I can’t play my games it won’t even let me get in the game
some people have said that factery reseting helped but others have said that has not worked for them where others to not have any issues at all.
make sure you signed in with the right account and your gamepass is active
I don’t want to factory reset
I want to keep my games
Wdym right account
you can factery reset and keep your games but ok
I think I did that
make sure your signing in with the account that has gamepass and that your gamepass is active.
Yes I’m in the right acount

Had? So no longer have active?
You could try toggling on/off auto renewal, that's a current workaround. E.g. If you have it enabled, toggle it off then on. If you have it disabled, turn it on then off.
It's a known issue that is being worked on right now
Yes I had
But some of my games don’t require game pass
And I still can’t play them
Which games?
@lethal jacinth have you found a solve ?
No
Like rainbow six siege etc
you need to install Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege X witch excludes ranked play
Rainbow Six Siege X is the reference in tactical team shooters, where elite strategy and execution triumph.
Enjoy free access to Quick Match, Unranked and Dual Front game modes with a selection of operators.
CERTAIN FEATURES LIKE RANKED PLAYLISTS, SIEGE CUP, ADDITIONAL OPERATORS, AND COSMETICS, REQUIRE PAYMENT TO UNLOCK.
