9 out of 10 times a picture doesn't help. but you can send it using imgur or something.

doesn't sound like you're in the right store if it's showing $. Try adding a billing address and see if that corrects you to the correct store region.

so the store is showing in pounds and your in the UK and your gift card is pounds

if you check your account blance in settings on your console under account does it show you have a blance of 25.00

  1. the Gift card was not GBP
  2. your account and console is not set to uk check in settings and also at account.microsoft.com
  3. some other issue is causing the credit not to show on checkout 4) some transactions do not support gift cards.

I changed my country to United Kingdom and restarted my Xbox and still doesn’t show up
