I've tried signing into my accounts recently and it hasn't been letting me at all. Hasn't been letting me add new accounts either. I've factory reset my xbox and it still won't work, I've managed to get my account on by scanning the qr code but I can't un add and re add my account like that every time. Xbox support has been no help. Everytime I try to add a new account, after i enyer the password, it starts loading then brings me back to the home screen and doesn't add it. I don't know what to do, could it be a failure with my xbox?
