#Controller not being able to connect to my PC through Bluetooth

My Xbox controller is not appearing on my PC when I go to Bluetooth, I put it in pairing mode and my PC's Bluetooth is on yet it still refuses to appear, I've watched many YouTube videos to help me and even listened to Microsoft support but I still can't find a solution, any suggestions will be appreciated.
