hi.today is 17.but roadcraft still is full price in Xbox. Anybody knows when roadcraft get 20%off in Xbox??they did say 17.july . when is coming?

Hi. I did see this and i want to buy roadcraft with 20%off in Xbox
Today is 17july but roadcraft still is full price in Xbox.
Roadcraft got 20%off in playstation yesterday
Why roadcraft doesn't get 20%off in Xbox.they did say 17.july . Today is 17july. I really want it . please fix it so i can buy it with discount.
What is the problem.

Xbox: July 17–28
