So for starters I would like to say that this is my father's game pass. He shares it with me. He has the console set as home console but I play on my account. I've been able to play for awhile now but 2 days ago we added another card so I could buy Gotham knights. Then after I bought the game I removed his card because he said too. But sense then I haven't been able to play game pass games online. For example I can't play Gotham knights multiplayer. I cant play Minecraft multiplayer. I cant play battlefront 2 online modes. But I can play games like marvel rivals and roblox, as well as play the first three games i mentioned, on single player modes. Not sure what to do. Kinda upset. I've removed my account and added it back. Turned my wifi of and back on. I've went to his profile and the subscription is still active. I can also still download game pass games. I've done the thing that clears your cache. I've made sure its set to his home xbox. Not sure what to do here. Any help would be amazing.

Well i awnser all that but. I've done all the searching possible. I've went to other websites like the official website and did what it all said. The model is a series s. I've stated ehat ive tried to do to fix it.
Users have been reporting there's a bug with home xbox. I haven't seen xbox make a post about it. But users have said factory resetting the xbox with keep data selected fixed the issue.
That removes the accouns as well im guessing.
