hello! i have gotten permanently banned without a reason. i was playing minecraft java edition and then my game crashed, by the time i opened uo a menu popped up saying that it couldnt log in and that i was suspended. i went to go look at the enforcement page and it said that there was no reason to describe what i did. is there anything that could have happened like a ban wave or something?

im on a windows 7 laptop and i was playing minecraft and i tried contacting support after the ban but i couldnt get help because the /help page wont allow suspended accounts. ive tried to contact support. i have not tried to search for the error code
