on my old xbox account which i dont have the console to anymore i own xenoverse 2 and many of the dlcs, xenoverse 2 is an xbox play anywhere game, so as instructed i went to the website and pressed install on my pc, it opened the app and it said i didnt own it in the app but on the website it said i did, i know i own this game as i used to play it alot and i know its on this account, i honestly dont know how id solve this, im just tryna get the dlcs back since i bought quite a bit of them

pc version is windows 11, the console was an xbox one S

Maybe you were playing it with gamesharing.
if you do own the dlc, take the order number and contact offical support
i wasnt game sharing i assure u, i bought all of them from my own money and i owned the game myself

yeah. Support probably won't be able to fix the issue right then, but they will open a ticket to review the issue on the account.

i honestly just want the game n dlc on my pc so i dotn have to rebuy it all and i can provide order numbers so
go through the options and select the topics for your issue. xbox is huge, they use chat as a filter, so you get the right support for your issue.
