#Gamepass battlefront 2 bug

Hey their. So currently im trying to play battlefront 2 but cant seem to. I use my dad's gamepass and ik he still pays and still has me on it. I can open the game no problem but when I try to do a online mode it brings me to the store to buy gamepass. Kinda pmo rn and of any1 could provide insight into this is would be appreciated. Thanks
