My account I got from my mom years ago for my birthday randomly got banned for no reason? Is there any reason why because I did nothing banning worthy, and the worse part is it’s permanently banned, and that sucks because, 1 I got it from my mom for my birthday, and 2, I spent a bunch of money on it, so is there anybody who can help here? Please and thank you.

I asked for support on the website and they said to go to the Xbox (I forgot sorry I have bad memory but I need help finding this too) I asked for support on the official website and I am permanently banned for no reason and most likely is a falsely ba, can anybody help?
