i bought xbox game pass which says minecraft is included but when i try to download it says i gotta pay $30 ??

but i just bought a copy of the game even though i already have a physical copy but apparently xbox one edition isnt the same game

Minecraft Xbox One edition is before Microsoft bought Mojang. It was a standalone game. After Microsoft bought Mojang, they created a universal crossplay version called Bedrock.
