Xbox series S
I tried to restart the console, un plugging it plugging it back in
Checked to see if I have an active subscription ( I DO for ultimate)
Tried to close games multiple times to see if it’s a bug (it’s not a game glitch)
Tried to turn off auto renew (didn’t work)
Just says “the current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox live”
I didn’t bad talk no one or anything to get banned if that’s the case.

@tiny cosmos i’m going through the same problem except i get gamepass from my brothers account n out of nowhere i can’t play online but i have all the other features
i hit up customer support n they said they are aware with this bug n it’s affecting multiple ppl they also mentioned that the technical team is trying to resolve the issue for everyone
frr it was the last day for the xp event on bo6 n i missed it cause this bs 😭
i ain’t even check the 360 games ima just chill on da switch until they fix the problem hopefully
