Hello,
I’m using my friend’s account as Home Xbox, and I can launch the games from his ultimate game pass subscription ,but I can’t access any online modes. This issue started this morning for no reason.
I’ve already tried:
Restarting the Xbox several times
Logging out and back in to the accounts
Checking internet connection (everything is fine)
And finally did a factory reset (keep games & apps)
But nothing worked so far. Could you please help me find a solution?
