#Gamepass wont work online

I'm sure you've read this question a billion times before, but nothing online has worked for me and i spent a lot of money on my GPU subscription. i cant turn on and off reocurring billing because it tries to charge me which i am not paying for again, and whenever i do it on the website it doesnt register. tried turning on and off my console 4 times now.

i have tried to speak to support, but its just an AI chat bot with no option to speak to a human

it sounds like you have already turned it off so when you do it again its charging you.
