Refunds can take up 30 days to happen, it will go back to whatever payment method you used when making the purchase. If it definitely says it's refunded, and not just approved, you'll need to reach out to Support as mentioned in the bot post above: https://support.xbox.com/contact-us/xboxdiscord

you been advised twice above that refunds can take up to 30 days. In any event no one here is support you need to track the refund though your account and check the refund email that will have all the info. If you have questions then you can reply to the email
