When I went on to train sim 4 is says you need a active subscription when I have xbox and no I didn't try to fixt it and no i didn't sreach the error code

You need at least game pass ultimate i not sure of that's what you meant by xbox. But playing online isn't free to play online. You also need to own the game or have ultimate membership
