Windows 10/11 games not unlocking achievements

Hi all,

Since July 16th, 2024 a number of games have been effected on Windows 10/11 like Hydro Thunder Hurricane for example with achievements unlocking in game but not syncing to Xbox profiles.

Does anyone know if this can be looked into?

Taking a look there isn't any servuce issue at the moment

Not all windows games support achievements but they do sometimes take upto 72 hours to unlock. It can be helpful to take a look at true achievements website see if others have any issue or work around

TrueAchievements is aware of it, I was wondering if there was any one in this Discord who knew of anyone that could push this up the chain.

Sometimes achievements can be bugged and they would need to be fixed. By the game developer it isn't an Xbox or Windows issue

best bet would be to see if anyone as a work around in true achievements or try locking it again

It’s only from three months ago, it got locked after a day

We just need more support from an outage. Usually Microsoft announces when there would be a shutdown like windows phone

Okay well I think 3 months is a fairly long time. Your free to give feedback on the link has mentioned. But other than what's advised no one can help further
