So I recently bought a series s refurbed from a third party and the controller included is phenomenal absolutely nothing wrong with it however it doesn’t seem to run off battery, I have to run it through a usb c cable then sync to my Xbox. I would use my old main controller however it’s a bit finicky and screws me up in certain competitive gaming situations. What could be the issue with the pack in controller?
