I bought an Xbox One off marketplace, looking at the console info, it hasn’t been updated since 2015. I connected to my home network and tried to sign in, but it gives me a network error even though my wifi is fine. I tried connecting to another network, same issue. I tried hard resetting, I tried to restore factory defaults but it gave me a separate error. I don’t know what to do, I’m hoping I can fix this so that it’s usable.
