When inserting a disc it wont install it automatically and i have to search for it and select to install it manually, when i do this it starts downloading over the network. For example i have just put in the disc to install GTA 4 and now it is downloading it all over the network. How do i fix this.

I have tried searching how to fix it but have not found anything
