so basically i bought 10 euros microsoft / xbox gift card yesterday and i redeemed it and when i check my balance it tells me i have 10 euros but when i try to buy 1000 vbucks which costs 6.99 pounds it wont let me use my balance , when i click add a way to pay it only gives me options like redeem gift card , use credit card or debit card and mobile phone stuff like that but not my balance , how can i get to use my balance’s money i really need this asap before the skin im trying to buy is gone from the shop , thanks :)
