#I think I was false banned

I was just spamming Wsg to all my friends I haven’t talked to in a while until Xbox banned me. There was no given detail or anything. I was lead to a 4 day suspension and I was given a appeal. There is no act in the enforcement rules about text different people repeatedly. For example, (I spammed Wsg to different people one time each) and I’m very concerned about the report system. I reported someone for racism and Xbox didn’t care. But when I say Wsg to different people it’s apparently a red flag. I need advice because it’s my third strike. Enforcement didn’t show any proof or details😒 I am going to go to PlayStation if Xbox doesn’t step up the report system. I am fierce about this ban considering one again 4DAYS. Mind you these people were my friends I haven’t talked to In a while. I don’t know if Xbox doesnt know what Wsg means or what but. PlayStation knows what they’re doing✔️
