Unable to sign into my Xbox account.

I keep receiving the error code "0x800704cf" when I try to log into a specific Xbox account of mine, for context I am trying to log into the Minecraft Launcher. I have tried all methods I could find on the Internet, plus I tried contacting the AI assistant on the official Xbox page. None of it worked, yet I can still access another account of mine, that account does not have Minecraft purchased though, an important piece of context is that I did change my E-mail for the account that owns Minecraft right before this all had happened, and apparently the Xbox servers were having issues at the time, maybe that correlates to the issue.

My PC version is Windows 11, I tried flushing my DNS, resetting Xbox, Xbox live, and the Microsoft store, nothing was working, I even messed with the 'Services' app. I've also searched the error code, and none of the solutions worked. This was also happening with the Microsoft Store.
