I am having an issue that my gamepass subscription is showing that it's active but it's asking me to purchase another one and I have until the 8/19/2025 until it expires i have restarted my console unplugged it and everything that was plug in and turned it back still having the same issue and also removed my account and sign in and nothing can I get some help

I have ark ascended which is gamepass as well as I own it so when i tried to play its acting like it's not letting me on the online part but I can download all the gamepass game like I still own gamepass which weird

Do you have the legacy console game pass? That doesn’t have online gaming.
