Xbox Gold Badge still missing and still no Support for this

Hello, I have already presented this before but still no solution. It is also not clear where I should really go because I am only put off or pushed back and forth everywhere. Of course it's not about anything vital, but it's depressing.

I'm still waiting for my GOLD badge, I still have an email from Microsoft Support confirming that I was a Gold member for 7 years and that I'm also eligible for the badge. They wanted to pass this on and it should be taken care of and I should wait for an update here.

Had Contact to the Support, they onfirmed i am legit to gold badge, they want to fix this for me and contact me, nothing happend. last contact 2024

That's tenure. not the Gold badge. They mean the one that was given out for the end of Gold.

thats the same things though those are all of them. The tenure is the gold
