When I go into game pass it always comes up with a page “sorry we can’t show game pass games right now “ and it’s been like 2 weeks if anyone know how to fix this help me please

I searched for similar problem and fooled the instructions for support and it still didn’t work
I unplug and plugged it any times and still didn’t work
