When I try to put my account in Microsoft it tells me that it does not exist,and when I try to retrieve it it tells me it's another email,I have tried all kinds of methods to recover my account but none of them work because my email is not the same anymore.

Nothing works for me because it asks me for the email with which I had the account but it tells me that it doesn't exist, but I tried to register from scratch and it tells me that it does exist and when I press enter it tells me that it doesn't exist, can I send a video through DM so you can see it?
