If you get reported for something you say in an Xbox chat, yes they can see it and investigate the report.

So in june I got bannd for July 2 today at 7:20pm just now i was talking to my friend and i say only 1 world f world beuase he say bad worlds too sometime and lot of people say tnat so tnat what i did just 1 world when i did tnat i call him to talk to me have fun just now i cant talk i try do it other one it not let me and i just shut down my xbox and do it other one but it not let me befor i got out party chat i got Suspension i did't do 🫤

I also know some people are having some issues with the party chat. So if you don't have a suspension it may be because of that
