If your issue is related to an Enforcement action, no one here can help.
To help us help you, make sure to answer:
- What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)

- Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? (Tell us what you found.)
If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.
whats the error code and what have you tried so far
I don't remember the error code I'm trying to download again to see if I can get it again, but I've tried repairing terminating resetting the xbox app
I've turned off my antiviruses and and restart my pc like it says but to no avail I still get the error.
if you get the same error again enter the error code into the xbox support website
Okay, and I just installed the game into my and it installed perfectly fine, could it be an issue with my hard drive itself? I have no problem with steam or other game apps.
it could be many reasons, if you tried aagain and its worked i would not worry about it
Well I don't have space in my ssd drive but it was a fairly small game, I unistalled it again from the ssd and back to the hard River and it did the error code again
0x80070005
sorry i'm confussed do you still have this issue? I thought you tried to reinstall
Sorry , I first tried downloading the game to my hard drive. then it did the error code, I went to do it to my ssd and it downloaded perfectly fine, then I Uninstaller it from the ssd to see if it was fixed and I downloaded it back to the hard drive and it did the error again.
https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help/errors/error-code-80070005 looks like you may have tried those but if its working with the SSD then it could be the drive.
I'm gonna use a hard drive I have on hand to see if that will change anything
Hey thanks for your help man
