Xbox doesnt read discs | XBOX | Page 1

I tried to play horza horizon 1 on my xbox 360 today, first thing i realised is thay disc tray only opens when console is sideways, second thing i noticed is that it doesnt recognise discs.
Are there any ways to make the disc tray work? like without repairing my xbox or opening it

I tried cleaning the disc tray while it was open (dusty as hell) and it still doesnt work. I also noticed that 1 gear is barely sticking to another

Either replace the console or take it a gameshop and have them repair it

If ur disc drive cant read discs then the laser reader is broken so u need to get that repaired or replace the console

If i remember correctly horizon 1 is bc so u could play on a xb1 or series x

it is playable on my xbox one, i just wanted to check if my xbox can read discs
