Can't install Minecraft – Error 0x80070426 in Xbox App and Microsoft Store (Windows 10)

Hello,
I'm having a problem installing Minecraft on my PC with Windows 10 (version 22H2). When I try to download the game from the Microsoft Store or the Xbox App, I get the error code 0x80070426. I also tried downloading the Minecraft Launcher directly from the official website, but it still won't install or launch.
What I've tried so far:
Signed out and back in to both the Microsoft Store and Xbox App using the same Microsoft account.
Ran the Store reset using wsreset.exe.
Reset the Xbox and Microsoft Store apps in Settings > Apps > Advanced options.
Restarted related Windows services (Store Install Service, Windows Update, BITS, etc.).
Re-registered system apps using PowerShell commands.
Checked for Windows Updates – my system is up to date.
Internet connection is fast and stable.

OS: Windows 10 22H2 (fully updated)

Microsoft Account: logged in and working
Error code: 0x80070426 (appears when trying to install through Xbox App or Store)
