Friends list randomly shuts down

Hey so this is really weird but when I look at my friends list of always have 30+ friends on at any time I’m on but when I CLICK into the friends tab it all just craps itself and shows 0 offline for like 4 whole minutes before it slowly fills back in the friends list… is this a just me problem or is it Xbox being weird
