I’ve problem with achievement notification i can earn Achievement but without notice me i check my settings it is already enabled notification how can I fix that issue ?

1 - I can see my achievements but without notice me
2 - i go to settings and see notifications it is already enabled
3 - I search on website and see comments go to
Settings > network > advanced > alternative MAC address > clear and restart

Xbox notifications are quite often delayed or don't pop at all. There's nothing you can do to fix it.
