#Can’t clear alternate MAC address please help

I went to my cousins house and my xbox suddenly stopped finding internet i'm connected with my ethernet it still says that i'm offline it's been like this for like 3 days and it doesn't let me clear the MAC address i click it but it doesn't reset.
