I bought a gift card and used it. I was going to buy an xbox game pass and it gave me an error saying the country did not match. When I checked, everything matched but the error did not go away.

Rumbly advised you to make sure your PC region is set to where you live you said no.
If it not set correctly it will course issues I not sure what you meant by no but it wrote like you were saying it isn't right

I would also not offer to send pictures of what could be sentive infomation to a stranger.
