#Can't Download the App

When I open the installer it starts downloading and then it just stops and after that there is an error code but after a lot of time and I bought games and I need the xbox to play them and I can't open the game from microsoft too so someone please help I dowloaded the installer like 4 times and it always does that

I Tried to fix it already but it seems like I'm the only person with this problem because there is no youtube videos and even they are some I tried deleting installing like pretty much ever everything
