Okay guys. Help me out here. I'm trying to help my husband because me and him are pc gamers and he had a ps5 and recently convinced by me to move to Xbox just because I enjoyed it more as a kid.
So I don't know if I'm doing anything wrong or what but anytime I try to update my husbands headset with the cord plugged into his xbox from the accessories app, it says there's an internet connection problem however. we have stable wifi.. and it's on my phone, his etc. any other device. he does the same with his controller and it refuses and says the same thing.
He used my pc and even tried the accessories app there and it wouldn't update his controller nor headset. Am I missing something or doing something wrong?? Is there anyone else that experienced this and knows how to fix it?
