it doesn’t let anybody i know able to change there pfp to someone custom using the app anymore

It literally doesn’t change your custom picture anymore on the xbox app

you need to explain what the issue is you mention xbox Series in your Tag and then mentioned the app witch is pc or mobile
How are you trying to change it - what device and steps
Is it not giving you an option to change it ? Or is it just not updating

Well i’m on the Xbox Series S and i’ve been trying to change it to a custom profile picture via my mobile phone and it hasn’t worked even though i’ve gone through all the original steps that worked last time i did it
it says it will change it and then i wait 10 minutes and it still is the same

once you updated it in the app on mobile, it can take upto 72 hours to show updated across the network.
