#Couldn’t get help from official support

I was playing on my 360 then all of a sudden, my account was disconnected from Xbox Live. I tried to reconnect but as long as I was on my account it wouldn’t. I then tried to delete my account and redownload it but when I entered my email and password then selected my main account, it came up with error code 8015190A which said basically my credentials aren’t right or something. Any help would be appreciated because now I can’t play any of my old games…
