Slow Xbox Series X

My Xbox Series X starts being slow (like a low end PC or phone) when I start downloading things and using it at the same time. Also my controller and headset keep disconnecting when Im downloading.

Im on the regular release of the Xbox OS, by the way. No beta version installed

Controller and headset interference (disconnects, choppy audio, input lag) tend to happen all the time (downloading or not) but it intensifies when Im downloading things on my Xbox while playing.
