i looked up google on this error, it said i need to go admin mode but I DONT SEE AN ADMIN MODE anywhere

are you trying to sign into xbox one or PC because your Tag says console but then you talk about admin rights that are pc. Please explain your issue if you would like someone to help

yayyy xbox ones the answer, when i google it then it says "Admin control" n stuff

Admin rights is for PC so that's if your having the issue on a PC.
I would try signing into xbox.com using a PC or mobile see if that works if it does then you know it isnt an issue with the account or details
